Impulse sealers are best utilised for low amounts of packaging because of the way that their heating system works. Unlike a constant heat sealer, an impulse sealer will only generate heat when it is pressed against the surface of a bag, tube or other item that requires sealing.

It also means that operators literally have their hands full while their feet do the much of the work, which can be an exhausting process. Also, most nozzle sealers will require a separate compressed air source connected to the machine. Unlike some other sealers, a nozzle does not have an attached air compressor.
Again for industrial use, a chamber sealer is capable of vacuuming a higher percentage of oxygen from a bag at a much slower pace. A Chamber Sealer is capable of removing enough oxygen to lower the Oxygen almost 0%. This gives it an advantage over a nozzle sealer in that it has a much greater vacuum percentage.
A chamber sealer also allows the operator to seal multiple packaging at the same time, which saves a huge amount of time and results in greater productivity compared to a nozzle sealer. A chamber sealer does much of the hard work automatically. While an operator still needs to be in control, it requires no foot pedal nonsense!
However, there are some downsides to a chamber sealer. Firstly, it is the most expensive Vacuum Sealer type on the market. While you may get greater productivity from the sealer itself, contemplate how much you will be using the machine before spending a considerable amount of money.
A chamber sealer is also the heaviest Vacuum Sealer on the market, meaning it limits its audience to large industrial use only. Once purchased, it would be wise to consider a permanent spot for the chamber sealer, otherwise some very heavy lifting could be order.
